The way we see it there's those that get their pleasure from the drink and those that get their pleasure from the glass it comes in.

The Hotel is in the centre of town where you can choose from an ecletic selection of cafes, bars and night clubs. But on 10 June we open our own Sopranos Wine Bar & Bistro which will rival anything the city has to offer.

There is an extensive range of wine by the glass or you can enjoy champagne or premiuim spirits. And as we speak we are putting together a new cocktail list with a range of drinks more dangerous than pleurisy, bronchitis and typhoid - so mouth-wateringly delicious you will want to drown in them.

Or if you want to, enjoy the drama from a distance, enjoy a drink curled up in the quiet comfort and sanctuary of your own room.
